This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Platform. It also outlines your data protection rights and the safeguards we apply.

By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described here.

Capitalized terms have the meanings set out in the Definitions section below and apply equally in singular and plural form.

• Account - the unique profile created for you to access parts or all of the Platform.
   
• Affiliate - any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another entity, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the voting shares or other ownership interests.
   
• Application - the mobile or software application provided by Tiger Lily Technologies and made available as part of the Platform.
   
• Entity (also “the Entity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) - Tiger Lily Technologies LTD.
  
• Device - any device capable of accessing the Platform, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
   
• Personal Information - any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
   
• Platform - the Application.
   
• Service Provider - any person or organization that processes data on our behalf, including third parties engaged to facilitate the Platform, provide services, or help us analyze usage.
   
• Usage Information - data collected automatically when you interact with the Platform or its underlying infrastructure, for example the duration of visits to specific pages.
   

When you use the Platform, we may ask for certain information that can be used to contact or identify you.

When you access or use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain technical data, including:

• IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic data.
   
• If you use a mobile device, we may collect your device type, unique device ID, IP address, operating system, mobile browser type, and other diagnostic data.
   
• We may also receive information that your browser or device sends whenever you use the Platform.
   

With your prior permission, the Application may access your device’s camera and photo library to enable certain features. Depending on the feature, related data may:

• Remain on your device,
   
• Be stored on our systems or those of our Service Providers, or
   
• Be processed transiently to deliver the feature.
  You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
   

• The Application uses on-device face detection technology (Apple’s Vision framework) only to confirm that a selected photo contains at least one face before enabling editing features such as teeth whitening or lipstick effects.
   
• No biometric identifiers or facial recognition templates are collected, stored, transmitted, or used to identify, profile, or match you.
   
• Processing occurs entirely on your device. The check is discarded immediately after completion.
   
• We do not store face data on our servers, and we do not share face data with third parties.
   

We may use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform, including monitoring usage.
   
• Manage your Account and provide you with access to Platform features available to registered users.
   
• Perform and administer contracts, including purchase agreements for products or services made through the Platform.
   
• Contact you by email, telephone, SMS, or push notifications regarding updates, informational messages about features, products, or services, and important security notices.
   
• Provide news, offers, and general information about products, services, and events similar to those you have already purchased or inquired about, unless you opt out.
   
• Respond to your requests, questions, and support needs.
   
• Support corporate transactions, including evaluating or executing mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, dissolutions, or transfers of assets.
   
• Conduct analytics, identify usage trends, measure the effectiveness of promotions, and improve the Platform, our products, services, marketing, and user experience.
   

We may share Personal Information as follows:

• Service Providers - to help us monitor and analyze Platform use and to communicate with you.
   
• Business transactions - during negotiations or completion of a merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
   
• Affiliates - with our affiliates, provided they comply with this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies under common control.
   
• Business partners - to offer certain products, services, or promotions.
   
• Other users - when you post or share information in public areas of the Platform, that information may be visible to others and could be publicly distributed outside the Platform.
   
• With your consent - for any other purpose that you authorize.
   

• We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. We may also retain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
   
• Usage Information is generally retained for a shorter period, unless it is needed to enhance security, improve functionality, or we are legally required to keep it for longer.
   

• Your information may be processed in countries where we or our Service Providers operate. These locations may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
   
• By submitting information, you consent to these transfers, subject to our commitment to handle your data securely and in accordance with this Policy.
   

We use commercially acceptable safeguards to protect Personal Information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
   
• Where local law requires parental consent for processing below the age of consent, we may seek verifiable parental consent before collecting or using such information.
   

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every site you visit. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating this page and, where appropriate, by email or a prominent notice within the Platform before the changes take effect. The “Updated as of” date will reflect the latest revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Changes take effect when posted.
